Kevin was enthusiastic and knowledgeable while we took time to view houses and work through some bids. He made sure we knew his availability and never made us feel like he had more important clients. He always took the time to explain the steps and what to expect along the way.
When we did find the house we purchased, he kept us calm and kept things smoothed over with the seller while we worked through a very complicated loan process. While another agent may have got us through the process, Kevin was so easy to work with that he’d be my first call the next time we need an agent.

Kevin Zelko came recommended from a friend and from our first conversation we knew that we were going to be taken care of.
