Begin Your Search

Begin using the home searching tools that work best for you to achieve your goals. I will recommend NWMLS tools, and we can work together to set up the best plan for finding homes you want to see. Start attending Open Houses and let’s go tour! I will send you new listings and coordinate property viewings or updates. Also, always feel free to ask me questions.

Once we have found a home we want to write an offer on, I will build the offer package and discuss the aspects of the offer to build your understanding of it. Sellers may accept, counter or reject, and we will discuss strategies that will more likely lead to positive results. Following negotiations, conduct a thorough home inspection and address any necessary repairs (negotiable with the seller). Your lender will finalize mortgage arrangements with you, culminating in the signing of ownership documents through the escrow process.
