How do you win this amazing package?

Every client of mine will receive one entry into the contest.  Whoever sends a referral for real estate services will get an entry into the contest to win this Disneyland package. The winner will be announced at the Zelko End of the Year Party! You do not need to be present to win, but we’d love to have you there. I am very thankful for my clients business and for every referral sent my way, so I wanted to come up with this fun way to reward referrals. The more referrals you send, the more entries you get into the contest. 

What is a referral?
A Referral from you means that you introduced me to someone who is legitimately interested in buying or selling a home with my services. Doesn’t matter if it’s a home, condo, or land in the Greater Seattle Area – they all count!. I’ll even go one step further… it’s not contingent upon me successfully working with the person referred – I understand sometimes things happen that may prevent people from completing a transaction. This is meant to thank you for your kindness of thinking of me! Thanking the action and not the results. We think of a client the same no matter what value of property they are working with.

• This is open to everyone- so you don’t need to be a client of mine yet! So friends, social media followers, neighbors or people I’ve yet to meet are eligible to win this.
• I reserve the right to use my experience with buyers & sellers to decide if someone is really interested or not.
• I’m considering this year’s referral window lasting January 20, 2026- January 19, 2027. So if you’ve already sent me someone you have a head start! Let’s keep going. It is great to assist the community with my services. I have a strong references if those are needed.
